Client
Espresso Intercom is a corporate startup project to improve the security of your home. The goal was to create a common smart home intercom service system and demonstrate the product to the general public using a website. We were approached by a client with an idea for a startup: to create a user-friendly website to demonstrate and describe the main advantages of the product, which would help users master the main aspects of using and mastering the service. In addition, the main task was to create a CRM to manage the system as a super-administrator and all its functions.
Task
We developed a unique CRM system that helps users conveniently manage the technology in a few clicks:
- Development and testing of the online administration system;
- Development and testing of a manager management system;
- Development and testing of a personal account to control the balance of funds and change/edit personal data;
- Development of a system for viewing missed calls from the intercom management system.
Result
The launch of Espresso Intercom has been a huge success. Thanks to a high-quality website and a user-friendly CRM system for management, the product is in demand among users and keeps up with competitors.
- Developed a unique CRM system that helps users manage and view calls seamlessly from anywhere;
- Unique personal account that has many necessary and simple functions for users;
- System for receiving calls, as well as online door opening using the CRM system;
- We developed an introductory and promotional Landing Page to attract advertising and demonstrate the product;
- We used up-to-date technologies based on Laravel + Vue.js(Vuexy).
